In the Dail, Taoiseach Enda Kenny
answers questions about the treatment of refugees by citing a High
Court judge's decision that their human rights have not been
violated.
As he speaks, a refugee now lives in
hiding, in fear for her life: because Mr Kenny's government exiled
her for bringing a Complaint of corruption in High Court judges, in
refugee matters.
Mr Kenny and his reputedly corrupt
Minister Shatter exiled the Plaintiff with intent to disable the
presentation of the Complaint, to suppress evidence, and to prevent a
fair hearing; in issues concerning thousands of cases of risk to
human life, torture, genocide, and war crimes.
What's more, many members of the
legislature are well aware of the case.
Why do they remain silent?
Why don't they say,
“Mr Kenny, there is no protection
from corruption in High Court judges under your government. In this
you are in violation of the Constitution and international law.
Until you answer allegations that you've acted to suppress Complaints
of corruption in High Court judges, and to prevent fair hearings
therein, your reliance on High Court judges in legislative matters is
a mockery of the Irish people, and a betrayal of your obligations as
Taoiseach.”
